This modality uses specific deep transverse
and longitudinal frictional strokes to prevent and break down
adhesions and to rehabilitate soft tissue dysfunction. Several
stretching techniques are used (Static Stretching, PNF- Proprioceptive
NeuroMuscular Facilitation Stretching and AIS- Active Isolated
Stretching) to work with acute/chronic injuries and/ or tight
and constricted muscles or for general pain reduction.
